Movie Review: A Great Series For Kids
Summary: 5 Stars
Though past episodes air on a regular basis, this is a nice compilation for children who enjoy this fun program that typically delivers a subtle message on doing the right thing when confronting a problem.
Miranda Cosgrove is an outstanding young actress and - make no mistake - the program is built around her, but her co-stars (Jennette McCurdy, Nathan Kress, Jerry Trainor) are outstanding in their roles. There are few shows that are truly for kids, but this one goes to the head of the class.
Movie Review: Great video for tweens

So many videos these days are sort of questionable for the tweens. This age group has outgrown Barbie like films (for the most part) and is still a bit young for the older teen stuff. This show is amazingly interesting even for teens but also very modest and appropriate for the younger kids.
Am ordering the other available DVD's of this series and hope more are forthcoming. It was a refreshing surprise when we viewed it.
Movie Review: iCarly at it's beginning shows

The first iCarly was funny. They are all funny though, I just remember the talent show being funny. I will be 26 years old this month and I still like this show because of the screwball comedy. In the first episode you can see how young they were when it began. It's pretty amazing to see them in the first episode and then see them on the show now, they grew so fast. 5 stars for comedy.Movie Review: Great Program for Tweens

My daughters are 11 and 9 years old and they enjoy watching this show. This is a great show and very different from any other kids shows. Miranda Cosgrove is a very good actor and singer and the rest of the cast are really great. It's an entertaining show even for adults and/or parents that are checking what your children watch on tv. iCarly is a good tv show. Both of my daughters enjoy watching the show together. This was a good purchase and I will be buying more to add to the collection soon. I think the show is clever and entertaining. iCarly is one program that I can sit and watch with my kids.
