Movie Review: A Well-done, More Personal Version of the Secret
Summary: 4 Stars
The movie draws you in immediately when you get into the thoughts inside the main "character's" head and hear all the negativity. We've all said some of those things to ourselves even if we don't think of ourselves as negative. This caused me to start "monitoring" the thoughts I have and re-examine their usefulness to me. Instead of explaining the law of attraction as theoretical, or simply the "wish is your command" theory (which is only partly true), this movie shows how to clear out the constant stream of negative noise in our heads. It provides you with affirmations and direct actions to change your thoughts. Well-done with some great analogies that make the picture clearer. Not sure if the Expanded version was necessary, there isn't much in the extras that caused me to think I got an extraordinary deal, probably could have done with the original, but still worth it.
