Movie Review: 60's controversial gay themed coming of age film
Summary: 4 Stars
Considering when this film was made, it is rather bold in its honesty
and depiction of pre and early adolescent budding sexuality, both gay
and straight, in a Danish boy's boarding school. It also has a subplot
about the boys challenging the administrators rule, in the guise of an
authoritarian vs. democratic model. Interesting and somewhat involving.
