This is very plain and bare bones but the stretching is great. I feel relaxed afterward, almost like I can breathe better.

Mind and body are one. Among the many benefits of yoga is relief from mental and physical tension. If we sit in meditation with bodies tense and defended against the stresses of life, stillness in mind and body is difficult to find.
Yoga for Meditators is a series of gentle postures that help strengthen, stretch and, most importantly, relax the body. And as we slow down, we find the joy of simply being present.
This video features two 20-25 minute sequences that can be done together or separately. For those with physical challenges or simple muscle tightness, the enclosed booklet includes photographs of alternate positions for some of the postures.
