| Used | pricebuddy | Used, verygood These come from a 3 pack of DVDs so they are not factory sealed. I'd like to say they are new, which they are, but the some of the covers are slightly damaged. The cases have a small groove to make it easy to open the DVD case. This groove creates a crease and sometimes a cut in the artwork which makes these New DVD cases look used. This groove and cut sometimes extend to the plastic cover of the DVD. I have a bunch of these so the degree of damage varies. Some you can barely tell and the others are really not a big deal. All in all this is a great buy for someone looking to buy the DVD for themself. The actual DVD is brand new and never been played, owned, or touched by anyone. If you have this DVD with others on a shelf, you'll never know the difference. Because these are from a box set, there is a clean hole punch over the SKU. It's only on the label and not on the case. This DVD is boring unmotivating. IF you are looking for a power yoga tape this is not it. The woman seems to know about 4 postures and repeats them until you want to scream. If you prefer a more fluid yoga workout I'd recommend something else. The benifit is you do feel good after one of the workouts. If you are a beginner this might be a good start, but if you have trained in yoga before this would not be a good tape to purchase.
