Movie Review: The story of an actress from childhood to adulthood.

It's been a while since I've seen this. According to my notes, it's about an actress in a traveling troupe who plays male rolls. The part she becomes noted for is a fabled good demon-ghost who slays bad demon-ghosts. The semi-fantasy ending has the actress holding a conversation with herself as the demon slayer. Three different actresses play the character as a child, teenager and adult. "Pretty good," say my notes.
