Movie Review: Silent Force Tour

I have become a fan of Within Temptation who perform heavy metal at the symphonic end as once did Nightwish, and a new group Epica. This particular tour includes 3 concerts, 2 of which are just excerpts but the famous Java Island concert is great value. I am 72 and came to heavy metal very late in life, and I love this group and the spectacularly high quality voice of Sharon, the lead singer. Within Temptation never fails to put on a great show! This DVD is a great package for any fan! You get to see concerts from different countries/festivals including the big one performed in Java Island, Amsterdam. It also features a lot of backstage material, "making of", and a lot of interviews and fun stuff! Don't worry for those of you who don't speak Dutch like me, there are English subtitles for most everything! :)

As a 54 year old rocker...I have seen all the classic rockers and was tired of them all..had stopped listening to new music..but these guys/gal are too awesome...this DVD was worth more than I paid after watching the first concert!!! Cant wait to have time for the other 2 concerts on this DVD !!1

it is a PAL DVD, please take care of this when you buy it. as you see in the photos, is a Super Jewel Box that holds both discs, i would rather prefer to keep them separated, just to avoid scratches (just in case).Recomended concert
