Movie Reviews of Wish upon a StarMovie Review: Superb movie outstanding actresses Love this movie Summary: 5 Stars
I watched this movie when it debuted on T.V. I was flipping through the channels and seen it was coming on so thinking it might be a okay movie to watch I thought I would give it a try, I'm glad I did. This movie is without a doubt one of Disney's Superb films, and the actresses Danille Harris and Katherine Heigl are very talented actors who manage to draw you to the movie right from the start. There are not many movies out there that can do that and reach a wide viewing audience like this movie did. I'm 43 now and still love this movie, I would recommend this movie to anyone who has children. It reminds me of the movie Freaky Friday only 2 sisters switch bodies for a day or I guess I should say they switch minds for a day lol. Honestly this is a great movie thats fun for the whole family or just to watch and eat popcorn by yourself, if you have not seen it your missing out it's a gem of a movie. So give it a try you will be glad you did it's great.
Movie Review: Great feel good story Summary: 5 Stars
Like everyone else I saw this movie a few times of the disney channel and I completely fell in love with it. I just bought the dvd and it's funny to see a lot of the things they cut out that are quite humorous. Like haley dancing the cafeteria table was a lot longer and more "fun" and mittermonster even calls haley a hooker. Otherwise disney shows everything.I love this story because two sisters learn to relate to each other by living the other life and even though it doesn't have a huge budget obviously the character story itself has a lot of heart and character development is what a story is all about. Katherine Heigl and Danielle Harris shine in these two roles and I enjoy watching this movie over and over again. And the commentary with the writer and director gives you some nice insights to the movie while not destroying it like other commentaries do.
Movie Review: I Wish I May,I Wish I Might,Become My Sister For A Night Summary: 5 Stars
I used to watch this film on The Disney Channel all the time!I always loved it but Disney didn't actually show you the whole movie! They edited more details out of the film which was very stupid. When I bought the video I noticed a few extra things and that's why you should buy it cause The Disney Channel didn't give us everything.I love this movie! It's about Alexia and Haley Wheaton.Alexia is pretty, popular,& is dating one of the most popular guys in school.Haley has good grades & a nice personality so one night they wish to be each other expecting nothing but the next morning they get it!Now buy it & you'll know what happens!
Movie Review: Katherine Heigl's Greatest Film!! Summary: 5 Stars
Few films have touched my life as much as this. Here we have a powerful saga about Katherine Heigl being 18.Truly her outfits in this show off more of her body than in any other film. Oh and there is a plot. (like it matters) Here Heigl and her younger sister (played by an older Daneil Harris) switch bodies, wreching havok on their social lives. Face it, this movie could be about Heigl watching grassy grow. She's so beautiful and in almost every scene you can't help but love it. The opening scene of her getting dressed has brought men out of comas.
Movie Review: Starstruck Summary: 5 Stars
Beguiling, this movie surrounds you like a smile from a great friend. A simple plot line, and stereotypical characters can't stop this movie from suceeding. It is the relationship between the sisters that is the story and all else mere window dressing to show who they are and who they become. Still the window dressing is just right. It leads us but rarely distracts us, until all is right in the world for one brief shining moment, and the music is pretty good too. All in all much more pleasant than fighting leftist guerillas in South America.
