as much as i love my accelerated body sculpting dvd...lets be honest, i don't have enough time to do it on a daily basis...so i decided to order this one after reading the reviews...and i have not regretted buying it! its only 20 min long so if you can wake up only 30 min ahead of time you can squeeze this powerful mini workout into your busy schedule...Mari Winsor hasn't incorporated any 'new' moves to this dvd but whats great is that you get to concentrate specifically on your powerhouse and abs. what i have found most advantageous for me is to alternate this dvd with the buns and thighs dvd doing each every other day...or if you haven't got quite one hr and you would like to target your abs and your buns and thighs on the same day do both 20 min dvds back to back. your abs will probably never feel this hard without going to the gym!
