Movie Review: U MUST LEARN !
Summary: 5 Stars
To truly understand where the culture is and where it's going, wild style is the answer. I had seen clips of this flick when i was young, but i never experienced the whole movie. I was especially blown away by the cold crush and fantastic 5 scene on the basketball court. This is hip hop from where it came and what it should be viewed as. Beat Street was cool, Breakin was cool, but " WILD STYLE "is the authentic south bronx love from 1982 to the present.Movie Review: verite narrative

The historical importance of this piece is clear. In addition, DV filmmakers should own a copy to study the method. First: know someone who knows everyone at the center of a cultural explosion in its early days. Second: give them creative license. Third: film all their friends. Fourth: stage an amazing concert in an abandoned amphitheater without a permit. Fifth: film everything. I love this movie.Movie Review: Great Price for a classic piece of history!!!

I thought the 50% discount was the best part of the deal but the DVD extras for Wild Style are just as valuable as the film itself. Cut footage of female rapper Lisa Lee should be sent to Lil' Kim when she goes to prison in September-reality check indeed.
