I always liked this movie when I was younger. I especially like the wolf that is in the movie. I wished I owned one.
Summary of White Fang 2: Myth of the White Wolf
Get ready for the exciting action-packed hit that delivers high adventure and thrilling heroics in the frozen wilds of Alaska! It's the continuing story of White Fang -- the brave and spirited half-dog, half-wolf who, along with his beloved master, faces untold danger from a ruthless gang of land-grabbing gold miners. The pair must rely on their sharp, cunning instincts for survival when they risk it all to protect a peaceful Native American tribe whose homeland is targeted by the dangerous miners. Combining incredible outdoor action and breathtaking wilderness scenery, this rousing story of extraordinary courage and bold determination will both entertain and inspire!Scott Bairstow takes over for Ethan Hawke in this spirited (if clich?d) sequel involving a peaceful Haida Indian tribe and a con man in preacher's garb (Alfred Molina, just oozing evil) in 1906 Alaska. Bairstow discovers his inner wolf as he bonds with the tribe and falls in love with the chief's spirited daughter (Charmaine Craig), White Fang finds true love in a snow-white female wolf, and together they take on the dastardly villains who have stopped the caribou and imprisoned the hunters of the tribe. Less Jack London than a juvenile Dances with Wolves, this clunky but action-packed cliffhanger combines old-fashioned matinee Western clich?s with Native American spiritualism and a celebration of nature. Though it's hardly subtle, the energetic action scenes and the beauty of the Alaskan summer make this an engaging adventure for the younger set. --Sean Axmaker
