We are very fortunate to live in a age where there are a few very gifted spiritual teachers who can clearly point to this truth of being without feeding the mind with more beliefs, concepts and shoulds.
In this very funny and enjoyable DVD, one of these teachers, Eckhart Tolle, clearly points out that true mediation is not an altered state of consciousness nor a formal practice we do, but rather a way of being awake and present in the world as it is. Tolle has a profound understanding of human nature and is quite funny acting out how the mind resists and reacts to what it perceives as its enemy, this present moment. His pointers are simple and clear. Everything that is needed to awaken to the truth is in this DVD. Abiding as this truth is true meditation. This DVD is short, funny, and to the point. I highly recommend it. Your mind may not like it, but you will! :o)
