Movie Review: The Best Wrestlemania By Far
Summary: 5 Stars

This is the best Wrestlemania so far. This Wrestlemania or Wrestlemania X-Seven is one of the best one's so far. There were so many classic matches here and some matches that I will never forget when I get older. Here are the matches.

World Wrestling Entertainment Presents Wrestlemania 21
April 3, 2005
Staples Center
Los Angeles, California

1) Rey Mysterio vs. Eddie Guerrero
Tag Team Champion vs. Tag Team Champion
This match was a great opener. It was a classic match for the ages. A lot of high flying moves and lots of anticipation in this match. In the end, Rey got a 619 and tried to get the West Coast Pop, but Eddie reversed it and got a powerbomb pin for the two count. Then Rey Mysterio rolled Eddie up for the pin and got a three count on him. WINNER: Rey Mysterio 8/10

2) Edge vs. Chris Benoit vs. Kane vs. Shelton Benjamin vs. Chris Jericho vs. Christian
Money In The Bank Ladder Match
This is a Ladder Match to end all Ladder Matches. There were lots of high flying moves. I wanted Shelton Benjamin to win the match but he lost. In the end, Benoit was so close to getting the briefcase, but Edge hit Benoit with a chair to his injured arm and lost the match. WINNER: Edge 9/10

3) Undertaker vs. Randy Orton
Legend vs. Legend Killer
Randy Orton wanted to prove something here, but didn't. This match was pretty good, not my favorite though. There was lots of good moves by both Undertaker and Randy Orton. It was pretty cheap when Randy Orton have to bring his dad to help him beat The Undertaker and still didn't. In the end, Randy Orton got The Undertaker with the RKO and Randy Orton tried to get the Tombstone Piledriver, but Undertaker reversed it and won the match and made it 13-0. WINNER: Undertaker 7/10

4) Trish Stratus vs. Christy Hemme
Women's Championship
This match was probably a waste of time. All the match was about was Trish's jealousy. Christy got some good moves and even a Twist of Fate, but it only worked for a two count. In the end, Trish got a Chick Kick on Christy and retained the Title. WINNER: Trish Stratus 3/10

5) Kurt Angle vs. Shawn Michaels
Inter-Promotional Match
This was the best match on the card and a match that I will never forget. Kurt Angle and Shawn Michaels both put delivering moves on each other. There were a lot of special move opportunities and lots of special's given. The best move by Shawn Michaels was when he jumped off the rope onto Kurt Angle on the table. Kurt Angle's best move was when he Angle Slammed Shawn Michaels into the steel ring post. In the end, Kurt Angle gave Shawn Michaels the deadly Ankle Lock and Shawn just had to tap out. A match that I will never forget. WINNER: Kurt Angle 10/10

6) Piper's Pit w/ Stone Cold
This was not bad, it was pretty good to see the Rattlesnake back. Nothing much to say about it. Carlito came to the ring during the Pit. Austin stunned Piper and Carlito. 5/10

7) Big Show vs. Akebono
Sumo Match
This was funny to watch two fat people just beat the crap out of eachother. It was a first and it was pretty good. WINNER: Akebono 6/10

8) John Cena vs. JBL
WWE Championship
This was a pretty awesome match. When I was watching it, I was so worried because I thought that John Cena was going to lose, but ended up winning the match. There were lots of great moves on both of the superstars. In the end, John Cena gave the F-U to JBL and won the match. I have to give it a 9.5 because that it was too short, but very entertaining. WINNER: John Cena 9.5/10

9) Triple H vs. Batista
World Heavyweight Championship
This was a very entertaining match between the two superstars. Batista had to prove something and he had done that in this match by defeating Triple H and winning the World Heavyweight Championship. Triple H bled quickly and both superstars got a lot of moves on one another. In the end, Batista put his thumbs down and got the Batista Bomb on him. Batista has made Wrestlemania History. WINNER: Batista 10/10

There were many great Wrestlemania moments including Hulk Hogan coming back. But, overall I give the Pay Per View a 67.5/90 which equals to 75%. This was probably the best Wrestlemania by far.

Movie Review: Will this be the greatest Mania yet?
Summary: 5 Stars

That is the question that everyone is wondering heading into this extravaganza. It will be 10 times greater than Wrestlemania XX(which was great though), but can it overshadow the most praised Mania of them all: Wrestlemania X-Seven. Considering all of the matches that have been made, I can see it being the best one yet. Here is the card.

Eddie Guerrero vs Rey Mysterio
I am expecting this to be the opener. It should be a very fast paced back and forth match, between two of the greatest Latinos of all time. My Prediction: Eddie Guerrero(with a handshake after the match).

Womens Championship
Trish Stratus vs Christy Hemme
This has had good buildup, but with Lita helping Christy, I feel that the Trish/Lita feud isn't over. Will probably be a usual womens match. My Prediction: Trish Stratus

Sumo Match
Big Show vs Akebono
Turns out Akebono weighs more than Big Show. I am not expecting much from this match, so I am just gonna go with Akebono, being the celebrity here, picks up the victory. My Prediction: Akebono

Piper's Pit returns w/ special guest Stone Cold Steve Austin
Stone Cold and the Hot Rod return! What more can you ask for? I expect beer drinking, rowdiness, and probably an appearance from Muhammad Hassan and Daivari.

6-Way "Money In The Bank" Ladder Match
Chris Jericho vs Chris Benoit vs Christian vs Edge vs Shelton Benjamin vs Kane
This could be a possible show stealer. I've never seen a 6-man ladder match, so this will be unpredictable in all ways. I think it will boil down to Kane or Edge, but considering the fact Kane took out everybody last week on RAW, I don't think he'll win now. My Prediction: Edge

Legend vs Legend Killer Match
Undertaker vs Randy Orton
I thing this will be a great match. Orton has tried to prove for weeks that he is not afraid of the Deadman. He and his father, Cowboy Bob even took out the Undertaker on Smackdown!. Randy is the future of the WWE, but the Undertaker is undefeated at Wrestlemania, and I doubt the WWE will rid him of something no other superstar in WWE history has ever accomplished. My Prediction: The Undertaker

Shawn Michaels vs Kurt Angle
This is going to be an epic. A "dream match" you could call it. These two are going to put on one of the greatest matches of all time, and no doubt the match of the night. They have been at each others throats ever since the Royal Rumble, were Angle illegaly eliminated HBK from the Rumble. HBK challenged Kurt, and Kurt accepted, and beat him to a bloody pulp once again after his street fight with Edge. The only hard thing about this match is that both of these guys are so evenly matched. It's almost impossible to predict who to win. HBK has barely gotten any offense in, why Kurt has bloodied him, made Janetty, Sherri, and even Josh Matthews tap out to the ankle lock, week after week. So that makes my prediction just a tiny bit easier. My Prediction: Shawn Michaels

WWE Championship
JBL vs John Cena
This match has grown into a severe hatred for both of these men. JBL cost Cena his U.S. Championship, and Cena vandalized JBL's limo. That lead to Cena being arrested, so JBL has the edge going into Mania. Once again, an easy prediction to determine. My Prediction: John Cena

World Heavyweight Championship
Triple H vs Batista
Out of all the matches, this has had the most buildup of any of them. The way Batista got inside HHH's head for weeks has been priceless. I hope this won't turn into another Goldberg-Lesnar match, but considering this is the main event, I doubt WWE will allow that to happen. Their face-off last week was intense, which set up their match even more better. The Rumble winner usually wins at Mania so... My Prediction: Batista

There you have it, the card for this years Mania. The Hall of Fame inductees will be recognized. Can't wait for that. Also, in rather interesting news, I just read on a website that in a recent interview, the Hurricane said that at Wrestlemania there will be a battle royal featuring 15 superstars from RAW and 15 superstars from Smackdown!. I am guessing they were trying to find a way to get superstars like Booker T and Snitsky on the card. Sunday is gonna be great.

Movie Review: Wrestlemania 22- Please Read
Summary: 5 Stars

Hopefully Vince, or someone who works with the WWE will see this. This will be the ultimate Wrestlemania!

1) MNM vs. Super Crazy/Juventud (WWE Tag Team Titles)

The Story: Heidenrich/Animal lose their titles at Armageddon to Juventud/Super Crazy. MNM then win a no. 1 contenders match against Animal/Heidenrich two weeks before Mania 22 and earn the right to face the Mexicools.

2) Big Show/Matt Hardy vs. Carlito/Chris Masters

The Story: A couple of weeks before Mania, Masters costs Hardy a match against Carlito. The following week on Raw, Matt Hardy accepts the masterlock challenge. Matt is about to break the lock when Carlito comes out and K.O.'s him with a chair. Thus giving Masters the victory. Carlito and Masters then double team Matt until Big Show comes out and helps him. They clear the ring and challenge Masters/Carlito to a Wrestlemania match.

3) Kane vs. Kerwin White (No Disqualification Match)

The Story: These two were schedueled for a match on Raw a couple of weeks back. Kane wins the match by countout and demands a rematch the following week. Kerwin then gets himself disqualified in the next match by hitting Kane with a chair. So Bischoff comes out and says at Mania they will fight with No Disqualifications and No Countouts.

4) Psychosis vs. Ken Kennedy (Cruserweight Title)

The Story: Psychosis wins the cruserweight title at Armageddon. Ken Kennedy then wins a No. 1 contenders match on Smackdown to face Psychosis at Mania.

5) Batista vs. JBL vs. Eddie Guerrero vs. Booker T vs. Christain vs. Randy Orton (Hell In A Cell Match for the United States Title and a World Title Shot at Judgment Day)

The Story: All 6 of the men had been feuding with eachother for a title shot ever since the Royal Rumble. They fight eachother on Smackdown, interfere in eachothers matches, and attack eachother backstage. Batista wins the US Title from Benoit at No Way Out. Teddy Long sees Raws main event and says he has a way to top it. He announces that at Mania there will be a 6-Man Hell in a Cell for the US Title and a No. 1 contenders spot for Judgment Day.

6) Rey Mysterio vs. Kurt Angle (Interpromotional Match)

The Story: Kurt Angle eliminates Rey from the Royal Rumble match back in January. He then goes on a month long losing streak, and says his problems all trace back to the Rumble. He then comes out at No Way Out and challenges Angle to a match at Mania 22. Kurt accepts and they feud between shows for the weeks leading up to Mania. Rey realizes he has never beaten Angle at a 1 on 1 match and wants the chance to do so at Mania.

7) Shawn Michaels/Rob Van Dam vs. Triple H/Edge vs. Shelton Benjamin/John Cena (TLC Match for the WWE Tag Team Titles. WWE Intercontinental Title and WWE Title)

The Story: Shawn Michaels wins the Intercontinental Title from RVD at Survivor Series. Edge wins the WWE Title at the Rumble
from Cena. Cena/Benjamin then become tag team champions on Raw. Eric Bischoff comes out and says he wants to give the WWE fans the greatest match of their lives at Mania 22. So he signs a TLC match, where the winners will have "all the gold". The wrestlers fued on Raw leading up to Mania.

8) "Immortal" Hulk Hogan vs. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin

The Story: Its called the biggest match of all time. Both wrestlers have respect for eachother. Hogan says that he is the one who put WWE on the map, but Austin says hes the one who made wrestling what it is today. They then challenge eachother to a match at Wrestlemania. Hogan and Austin both say that it will be their last match. Neither of them want to lose. The winner will go down as the greatest wrestler of all time!! Its Hogan vs. Austn!!!

9) Chris Benoit vs. Undertaker (World Heavyweight Title)

The Story: Chris Benoit wins the World Title in an elimination chamber match at Survivor Series. Undertaker wins the Royal Rumble. These two have a feud on Smackdown in the weeks leading up to Mania. Undertaker tells the world that if he loses his match against Benoit he will retire. Benoit has been on a roll. Its a meeting of the unstoppable force vs. The Immovable Object.

Movie Review: What Wrestlemania XX should have been.
Summary: 5 Stars

Wrestlemania 21 was possibly the greatest Wrestlemania ever, and had so many classic moments. There were only 2 bad matches the whole night. But the event was highlighted by 2 memorable main events, a legend facing off against a "legend killer", a entertaining opener, a high flying ladder match, and one of the greatest matches in Wrestlemania history.

Eddie Guerrero vs Rey Mysterio
Very good opener. Rey and Eddie have fought numerous times this year, but this was by far their best encounter. Eddie tried to finally beat Rey, but Rey once again got the best of Eddie. After the match the two shook hands. Good match. 8/10

6-Way "Money In The Bank" Ladder Match
Chris Jericho vs Chris Benoit vs Christian vs Edge vs Shelton Benjamin vs Kane
What a match! Their were so many high flying moves in this match, I couldn't count them all! All 6 men put their body on the line to climb the ladder. This is possibly the greatest ladder match ever. Be sure to watch Benjamin in this match. In the end, Edge hits Benoit with a chair and climbs the ladder for the victory. 10/10

Eugene-Hassan encounter
Eugene comes to the ring, and talks about Wrestlemania moments. Hassan then comes out, runs his mouth, then puts Eugene in the camel clutch. This leads to the return of.....HULK HOGAN!!! Hogan comes out to the biggest pop I have ever heard!! He cleans house and poses for nearly 5 minutes. 10/10 for seeing Hogan again!!!

Legend vs Legend Killer Match
Undertaker vs Randy Orton
Excellent match! Taker and Orton put on a fantastic match which saw him trying to go 13-0 at Mania. Taker's entrance was great(as all his Mania entrances always are). Orton was confident in himself, but he tried for a tombstone on Taker, which lead to his demise. Taker goes 13-0. Thank goodness. 9.5/10

Women's Championship
Trish Stratus vs Christy Hemme
I never expected much from this match. And thats just what I got from it. The Trish/Lita feud will continue whenever Lita gets back. 4/10

Kurt Angle vs Shawn Michaels
Amazing. That is simply all I can say. HBK and Angle put on one of the most fantastic matches in Wrestlemania history. It was a back and forth match, with 2 amazing legends. These guys showed just how much they loved what they do. The only bad spot was when HBK landed on the table on Kurt and it didn't break. Other than that, it was great. HBK didn't give up for nearly what seemed like 5 minutes. Angle may have walked out the winner, but I have more respect for HBK than I ever have after this match. Match of the Year, guranteed. 10/10

Piper's Pit w/ Stone Cold
Very entertaining segment. Stone Cold and Piper traded insults at first, but then they beat the crap out of Carlito. Austin and Piper share a few beers, and Stone Cold then stuns Piper. Great to see these 2 again. 8.5/10

Sumo Match
Big Show vs Akebono
More humor than anything else in this match. I was wondering if the ring would be able to hold up for this one. Akebono wins after he tosses Show out of the ring. They then hug, and shake hands. 6/10

WWE Championship
John "Bradshaw" Layfield vs John Cena
I expected this match to be longer considering it was a WWE title match, but I am giving it a high rating simply because JBL's reign is over!!!!!!!! Finally, someone else is champion! Cena ducked the Clostheline from Hell, and connected with the F-U for the win. 9/10

World Heavyweight Championship
Triple H vs Batista
Pretty good main event. Motorhead peformed HHH's theme and they sounded okay. Batista was VERY over with the crowd. Nature Boy got involved many times, but Batista was able to bust open the Game, and hit the Batista Bomb, and win the World Heavyweight Championship. I am looking forward to his reign. So far, it looks like HHH/Batista II at Backlash. The fireworks started going off and Batista celebrated. 9.5/10

Overall, amazing Wrestlemania. As I already said, this is what Mania XX should have been. Pick this up for the ladder match, Eddie/Rey, Taker/Orton, the 2 main events, and HBK/Angle. I can't wait for May 10th.

Movie Review: One of the very best ever Mania cards...if not the best!
Summary: 5 Stars

Wrestlemania is FINALLY starting to become the great event it deserves to be (Thank you Vince!) Since X-7, with the possible exception of X-8, the Mania cards have been the greatest EVER, from top to bottom (not just filling before the main event.) 17, 19, 20, and 21 have each including at least 3 CLASSIC matches! This event gets an A+ for great wrestling and non-stop entertainment. Here are the matches:

Match #1: Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio

GREAT, fast-paced, back and forth wrestling by two guys who rarely disappoint! Many near falls and excellent technical match. The fans were SO into this match which elevated it that much more.

Rating: 8/10

Match #2: "Money in the Bank" Ladder Match -
Edge vs. Christian vs. Chris Jericho vs. Chris Benoit vs. Shelton Benjamin vs. Kane

WOW! We all know by now that E&C are the masters of this match, but EVERYONE here makes this thing work. Shelton is gonna be one of the greats some day, and maybe we'll look back at this match as one of his first classics. Amazingly unique offense at times (particuarly in the beginning), and NON-STOP action going on between any two guys at one time.

RATING: 9/10

Match #3: Undertaker vs. Randy Orton

A pleasant surprise! With Orton on the verge of shoulder surgery and Taker not what he used to be, I was expecting a good-but-not-great match. This was outstanding! Maybe it was the build-up, also great pacing and match length, with several times when you think it's over..but it isn't! THREE EXCELLENT MATCHES IN A ROW! Keep it up!

Rating: 7.5/10

Match #4: Trish Stratus vs. Christy Hemme

Well, about what one would expect, though Hemme was slightly better than advertised. This is your average 5-10 min. PPV women's title match. Not bad though. (Is Christy the hottest chick ever or is it just me!?)

Rating: 4.5/10

Match #5: Shawn Michaels vs. Kurt Angle

CLASSIC, CLASSIC, CLASSIC! One of the top 4 or 5 WM matches of all-time! First 5-8 min. are pure mat wrestling with HBK actually outwrestling Angle! After that, they really let it fly and give it every once of energy they have (You can tell, they are literally crawling around the ring at times towards the end.) At about 28 min., this is the longest and by far best match of the night and of the YEAR so far. Exhausting and an absolute pleasure to watch!

Rating: 10/10!!

Match #6: Sumo Match - Big Show vs. Akebono (??)

Don't quite know what to say about this one. A waste of time for any PPV event, let alone one of the biggest ever! Please, put Big Show in a decent match against ANYONE but a sumo wrestler. And for godsake, cover the man up. No one wants to see that!

RATING: 1/10

Match #7: JBL vs. John Cena

This is certainly not worthy of a PPV title match, and neither of these guys are worthy of this kind of stage. The crowd was dull, the match was dull, and whoever had the brilliant idea of pushing Bradshaw to the title should be fired on the spot! This guys has zero charisma and zero performing skill. Disappointing to say the least.

Rating: 4.5/10

Match #8: Triple H vs. Batista

This was an excellent 'heavyweight' match (i.e. a knockdown dragout) between two guys who know how to put on a show! Excellent anticipation and build-up, classic stare-down, and good pacing throughout. I believe Triple H has better matches with more of the high-flyer/technical type (HBK, Benoit, Angle, etc.) however this was certainly main event quality. Much better than the re-match at Backlash, and electric crowd atmosphere.

Rating: 8/10

Overall, my advice is BUY THIS NOW! If your any kind of fan of the sport, this is an absolute emotional roller-coaster from the word go. I didn't even mention the return of HOGAN, Austin, Roddy Piper (getting stunned), Hall of fame 2005 class, Mean Gene, and on and on. This one will be remembered for awhile to come! SO GO OUT AND GET IT! A+++
