Movie Review: Bad and Good PPV
Summary: 3 Stars
The last Rebellion WWE ever held. Good and Bad too. This PPV could have been a lot better but it delivered for me and didnt fail. So here it is. Remeber I dont rate PPVs
Interpromotional Raw vs. Smackdown match: Matt Hardy (Smackdown) vs. Booker T (Raw)
This is a Smackdown PPV but Stephanie came out and said last minute this was going to be Raw vs. Smackdown. So Booker T was the mystery Raw Superstar. This match was great between these two. It delivered and worked out well. For a last minute match, it wasnt bad. It had a good spot where Hardy was slammed on the mat outside. It went a little long but it is definately watchable. Winner: Booker T
Next match was a mixed tag match. I dont care for Divas so I will skip it
Crash vs. Funaki: More of an entertainment match then wrestling match. But worth watching. Winner: Funaki
Tajiri vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Jamie Noble- Triple Threat Elimination Match for the Cruiserweight Title-
Match of the night right here. Best performances by all 3 men. It was fast and all 3 men had enough time to show their skills. Nidia interfered a lot but it worked out. The ending was odd but it delivered. Winner and still Cruiserweight Champion: Jamie Noble
Reverend D-von and Farooq vs. Val Venis and Chuck Palumbo
This is where the ppv goes bad. This was a filler and wasnt really a match. It is only 2 minutes and it still wasnt good. Winners: D-von and Farooq
Rikishi vs. A-Train-
Another Boring Filler. Both of these men are talentless and used for entertainment.
Winner: Rikishi
Kurt Angle and Chris Benoit vs. Los Guerreros- Tag Team match for the WWE Tag Team Titles-
Awesome match that had great timing and good paced action. Los Guerreros were Hated in England while ANGLE and I mean Angle only, not Benoit was LOVED in England. Anyways back and forth match that delivered and possibly made Smackdown more watched. Winners and Still Tag Team Champions: Chris Benoit and Kurt Angle
Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar vs. Edge- Handicap Match for the WWE Title- This had a great storyline. If Paul got pinned, Brock would lose the Title. Average match nothing special. The bad thing about UK PPVs are the big titles for a brand, WWE Title,Cruiserweght Title etc. are always retained and never won by the challenger. So it was good but could have been a lot better. Edge put up a good fight but I still dont understand why Paul was put into this match. He didnt do anything but sit at the rope. Average Match but still worth watching. Winner and Still WWE Champion: Brock Lesnar
Rebellion 2002 had its bad and good moments but this PPV passed and didnt fail. This is a PPV more worth renting then buying. This was the last Rebellion and is worth watching.
