Movie Review: Endowed with power to serve

This movie is great! It truly lets you experience the Word of God, Word for Word from the NIV Bible of the entire Book of Acts in the New Testament. The actors are very believable and truly help you understand the coming and filling of the Holy Spirit in the lives of the Church (Christians and Jewish believers in Christ along with all beleivers in Jesus). It starts with the Lord telling the church to wait for the Holy spirit to come so they will be filled with His power to be Gods witnesses to the Jews and the entire world. It shows the persecution of the church by the Jewish leaders . And how the coming and filling of the Holy Spirit gave them courage to continue in the work of the Lord in spite of the killing of Stephen and James the brother of John by the Jews. It shows the conversion of the Apostle Paul and the increase of the church by the providence of God. Experience the gifts and miracles God did through the Church. I gave this to my daughter, and her husband who never read the Bible until he met her, loves it. He said now he understands it much better because he can see it in action.
I recommend this for anyone that loves God or wants to understand the New Testament better
