Movie Review: Loved this movie

I remember hearing about this move years ago and finally got around to buying it a couple years back (writing this review not having watched it in maybe seven years). Great flick and one of my favorite jap flicks of all time, especially the guy with the rock. All these years later I can still visualize almost the entire movie in my head which is always a sign of great movie.Movie Review: "reality" tv influences art.

many dislike takashi miike's films and have a hard time swallowing their content. i will admit, i do too sometimes as i find myself looking away or feeling generally repulsed. but there's something shockingly correct about this film in particular and the perspective it shines on this home-model that is pure bs anyway. hard to describe the film, but i recommend itMovie Review: Some people should not be allowed to watch Miike.

If you are a moralistic bore, who was offended by Little Miss Sunshine (as apparently many were) DON'T watch this film.
If you enjoy the early films of John Waters and enjoy being jolted and even disturbed by over the top violent humor, then I say 'what are you waiting for a second brick to the head?'
