Movie Review: I though it wouldnt look about horses, it did and its incredible!!!
Summary: 5 Stars
the cover may be somewhat misleading it is mainly about horses, and the only thing about this movie I dont like is how cruel the guy i think named darrel??? treats his horses he kicks the horse about a million times in one minute at the finish line when no one is comming? and he kicks the horse so hard is goes soo fast that he has to rear back to stop before hitting the crowd! okok so two sisters mother died and the father doesnt want her riding so when darrels fathers mare has a foal the mare dies and the foal was being taking care of by virginia the girl. so then youll just have to find out the rest yourself I dont want to spoil the movie, but I like the part when she trys to drive the truck lol, giggle giggle

VIRGINIA'S RUN - DVD MovieIn the tradition of National Velvet, this Nova Scotia-set family film revolves around a 13-year-old with a passion for horses. Like Elizabeth Taylor?s Velvet, Virginia (Lindze Letherman) even has an older sister, Caroline (Rachel Skarsten). Sadly, her mother was killed in a riding accident three years ago and her father, Ford (Gabriel Byrne), has since forbidden Virginia to ride. Nonetheless, she?s been visiting Twister in secret and is even with her when she gives birth to a foal. Virginia names him Stormy and he takes to her from the start, but to no one else--including owner Blake Raines (Robert Guy Miranda). So Blake sells the horse and Virginia is heartbroken. How is she going to compete in the Memorial Day endurance race? And where does Blake's new trainer, Jessie (Joanne Whalley), fit into the picture?
