Movie Review: ...this one's got brain suckers...
Summary: 4 Stars
I don't know if I'll manage to see the entire series, but the third volume of "Viewtiful Joe" is much more interesting and funny than Vol. 2. This one's got "Pokemon"-like creatures that kids love, which can attach themselves to their brains and make them into devil children. I don't know, is the irony there plain enough? Anyway, yeah. That's really what goes on in this one.
Summary of Viewtiful Joe, Vol. 3
You can't get something for nothing. When children get free Slugoon toys with a mind control device inside, it spells trouble for our would-be heroes. To make matters worse, Junior takes the bait and starts attacking Joe! The fun has just begun when Joe and Junior run into Fire Leo. Joe has to figure out what Leo's weak point is before he gets burned like a bad burger! To make matters worse, Joe gets locked up for talking with a girl who turns out to be a princess on the run. With Joe behind bars, Junior has to rise to the occasion and protect the princess from party pooping police!Anime & Manga DVD Video
