Movie Reviews of VideodromeMovie Review: philosophical film... Summary: 5 Stars
Firstly it is pretty exciting movie. After watching this movie I wondered if I was in the real world or if I was in the world which was created by the video. There should be a lot of messages which are behind this senario but I found that the directer might warn us - not to rely on the media or technology too much because they can take place of human beings. Now "video" is not a new thing but it is rather gatting old one. However what if we see this as computer or something? It is possible. Who can put the period as the finare of this film?
Movie Review: Hallucinations or reality? Summary: 5 Stars
This is a strange movie dealing with a mysterious cable signal that gives viewers uncanny hallucinations. James Woods is a cable station operator who investigates the source of the signal and eventually succumbs to it's effects. Lots of slimy special effects including a man who turns inside out after being shot and a pistol that fuses to Woods's hand. Some viewers may be offended by scenes of female torture and bondage so beware. Overall, a highly enjoyable and yet somewhat confusing film from the great master of biological horror.
Movie Review: Brilliant Summary: 5 Stars
One of the best movies ever made. Cronenberg hit top form and top weirdness with this one. This is not just another hole in the stomach for inserting video cassettes film?!, this is the one that worked. The best way to watch this film is to have very little knowledge of what it is about before seeing it. So all I will say is "buy it now".Apparently it didn't do to well at the box office and if you watch the trailer on this disc you will see why(whoever came up with it should be ...).

Movie Review: It's Only A Video Summary: 5 Stars
A few decades back people were worried that television would
be used to corrupt the masses.James Woods does a great job as
the thrill seeking cable programmer. Debbie Harry makes her
daybue, and plays James love interest. The Videodrome program
influences there desires, driving them to the point. Of what
is real and what is imagenation, till death do us part.
Check it out! to bad Television is only ment to dumb us down.
