Movie Review: Almost as good as the original

This is the sequel of Urban Legend, a film that I truly believe is one of the modern day horror classics of this era. In my honest opinion, it'a almost as good as its predecessor.This film has so many different bright spots. the first of which is the cast. This movie is proof positive that you can make an enjoyable horror film with a young cast WITHOUT featuring eye candy like Jennifer Love Hewitt and Sarah Michelle Gellar. The whole cast was great. Heck, even Joey Lawrence (who I detested on BLOSSOM) was enjoyable in this film.
Speaking of the cast, Loretta Devine is the only cast member from the original film who is in this film... and man alive, is she a hoot! She provides the film with a lot of great comical moments... all without taking away from the horror theme.
I recommend this film to those of you who liked the original... as well as lovers of the horror genre. You won't be sorry. Unlike recent horror sequels (like Screams 2 and 3), this sequel does not disappoint.
Movie Review: Far better than the origional

I felt that the origional Urban Legends was a decent teen slasher film but it did not come close to Scream or IKWYDLS. Urban Legends 2: Final Cut is a whole nother story though. If you dont like gore and the "who done it" plot of the previously mentioned films than don't get this movie. UL2 Borrows quite a bit from Scream 3 in the fact that is a movie within a movie about the first movie (did I lose you there?). Final Cut stands on its own though and it is a rare sequel that does not force you to watch the first film. In fact the first UL and the sequel have little in common at all besides dead teenagers. My only complaint is that the ending was a little weak. Those of you who have seen Screem 2 and 3 will note that when the killer(s) were finally revealed it was kinda contrived. UL2 is the same for me. I found myself going "come on, its THAT GUY?". But weak ending and all I really enjoyed this movie. Well despite all of the negative reviews I think that this movie succeded I mean it did better at the box office than Book Of Shadows Blair Witch 2 and that film was more popular than this one so it pretty much tells you that people liked it enough to see the freaken thing than a film many thaught was better meaning BW2. Anyway at the begining of the film you would surely think that the acting is the worst you've ever seen, but then it turns into the real thing.Anyway if you liked the first one you would probably like this one. See it.Pluss a good score is added to it but not by Christopher Young.Movie Review: Good movie, but DON'T watch it alone.

This movie scared me when I first saw it! It was just like I Know What You Did Last Summer except even scarier. Just don't watch this movie alone because it will give you the creeps. But this movie is the best horror movie I ever saw since the Scream movies and I Know What You Did Last Summer. There's not much to say about this movie all I know is that it's a good movie but the only thing that's not good about this movie is that it doesn't have very good acting. That's all I have to say. If you want to know more about this movie go rent it and you will like it. But watch out it might scare you!!!Movie Review: It was good!

Why doesn't anybody have anything good to say about this film? The acting was ok, the directing was very good (honestly it was great), and it was quite an original film too. And, for those people who apperently dont know any urban legends, everyone in this film was killed in an urban legend. If you like horror films, watch this and im sure you will enjoy it. If you didnt like it, keep it to yourself and get over it. Its just a movie. I enjoyed the first film and I think that this one could very easily be better!
