Movie Review: Unlikely Fan

I am an unlikely fan of Dolly Parton. Country music is not my cup of tea. Classical music has been my passion. So, why do I like this movie and Dolly Parton?
Besides, the plot of this movie is corny and predictable and the theology terrible! However, I LOVE this movie. It is really heart-warming, uplifting, and beautiful. The music is great!
I'm becomming a Dolly fan. She is a brilliant woman and I admire her quite a bit.
Also, you can't beat the price of this movie.

Yes, this movie is a little corny but it has a wonderful plot and beautiful holiday scenery! I watched it for the first time on Hallmark about six years ago and was thrilled to find it on again the next Christmas. It's not a favorite and it's not all that great, but it is now a tradition to have on in the background while I cook, wrap or decorate. It's just not Christmas without seeing this movie at least once. I'm ordering the DVD to add to my Christmas collection.Movie Review: An Unlikely Angel

This movie is adorable! Dolly Parton really is an angel in this too cute film. Dolly plays a singer who gets killed and St. Peter sends her back to earth to do some good for mankind. She is assigned to get a family back together and with some wit and unusal tactics - she does just that and in the process falls in love with the family. Good family show! I'm a huge fan of this movie. I love Dolly Parton. Dolly Parton in this movie is just awesome.I love this movie it is a wonderful holiday movie. I love how she comes and helps out this troubled family. She really brings this family back together. But through it all she even finds her own self. I truely recommend this movie to anyone. Dolly Pardon plays her best as a singer that dies in a car crash and is denied entrance into heaven because of her selfish ways. She is sent back down to earth to try to find a mother for 2 children and a wife for there widowed father, before the Christmas deadline. It's really tough for her, though. It's a very good movie. I think everyone would enjoy watching this movie.
