Movie Reviews of Under the Same Moon

Movie Review: Wonderful and Touching
Summary: 5 Stars

Putting the political implications of illegal immigration aside, this film really hits you in your gut. A son desperately trying to reunite with his mother, over borders and despite dangers, is heartwarming in every way. Yes, the ending was a little too fairytailish, but so what? You find yourself rooting for the brave youngster and his loving, but not perfect mother.

Two thumbs way up!

Movie Review: Under the same moon
Summary: 5 Stars

This movie is very nice to show in Spanish Class. It shows the struggles of a working single mother from Mejico and the efforts to get her son with her. Since it shows the boy acting the content is appealing for the students. We talked about this and a teacher can design a variety of activities around it. Tomorrow the students will work in groups to write a different ending. Muy Buena!!!

Movie Review: Item never arrived
Summary: 5 Stars

I have viewed and purchased this vieo before and thought it so good that I gave it as a gift. Then reordered the same video for my own files. BUT, the video never arrived. Why? Who knows, but I suggest you change your mode of delivery. USPS mailbox drop-offs are not relieable. Please use UPS at least they will deliver to the door.

Movie Review: Amazing

Movie Review: Under the same moon
Summary: 5 Stars

I am a high school Spanish Teacher. The students in my Spanish 1 class were captivated by the story. Well done. Realistic. Many opportunities to observe living culture. Hits many emotions. Great choice for the classroom. Ideal for providing a basis for exploring the topic of immigration.
