Movie Review: great for the casual viewer and newbie
Summary: 5 Stars
...who is easily entertained by dreck like "pro wrestling" and bad chop-socky movies, and who might not have the patience or discernment to enjoy one of the full-length UFC discs which often end up being about watching 2 half-naked guys rolling around on the ground with each other about 80% of the time before one of them finally gives up.
Connosieurs or people with MMA experience might find these DVDs a little unsatisfying for the opposite reason, namely that we don't see the big picture of each fight, its natural peaks and valleys evolution.
Personally I find watching K-1 (kickboxing) and Muay Thai fights more fun to watch but they are hard to come by outside of specialized martial arts video outlets that advertise in the martial arts magazines.
