Movie Review: A Great Travolta-John Collaboration That People Didn't Get!
Summary: 5 Stars
From reading the reviews of other people I guess there are people that somehow are stuck with GREASE. This is an ENTIRELY different type of movie. It is a Romantic Comedy.
In contrast to what others said "YES THERE IS A CHEMISTRY" between these two years after they did GREASE. They are amazing on the screen and are very good actors as well. Too bad this is the second and last time they worked together.
PLOT - This movie is about TRAVOLTA who owns 18 grand to the mob and and goes to rob a bank where OLIVIA happens to be the teller. Rather than giving the money to JOHN, Olivia gives him a bag of papers and then JOHN chases her down because OLIVIA took the money and like the title says in a TWIST OF FATE they end up dating.
I wish the movie wouldve been a bit longer, but it has a 5 in my book.
Another good movie from JOHN T that people didnt get was the sequel to SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER called STAYING ALIVE.
But like many actors sometimes they go through a slump where no matter what movie they make the people doesn't get it but that doesnt mean that the movie is no good. Im saying this because HOLLYWOOD goes in cycles. Im writing this today 10/08/10 and we are experiencing the whole 3D movie thing all over again that started in the 70s and 3D will fade someday soon.
So again BUY IT!!!! Is a must if you liked GREASE but like I said, this is in a different light and they shine on screen.

Movie Review: for John and Olivia

Ok I agree with other viewers this move is not the best in world. I also feel it is not the worst either. I will never give up that the chemistry between John and Olivia is awesome. They did it in Grease why is it not in this move. I think the acting between them made the movie at least good if not a masterpiece. I agree the story line and the direction could be much better. The bottom line in this movie is that John and Olivia has the charm to make romance on the big screen. The whole freezing and rewinding thing gets a little out of hand. It is a fantasy that is a make believe story if you will. A fantasy like Xanadu that turned into a cult classic, failed at the box office. I think it is a fun a light movie that is goofy and cool at the same time. John and Olivia made the acting work were direction was short. I think they should try another romance/comedy type movie again. I think with a great director and producer it just might be something really worth seeing. John is still in the spotlight with movies. Olivia just cut a new album called "Grace and Gratitude" that she just finished a tour early in Dec 2006. I agree with others the soundtrack is great as well.Movie Review: Good movie!

I have loved this movie since it first came out and I absolutely love when John and Olivia work together. They have great chemistry together. This movie is a typical struggle between good and evil but with comedy and romance running through it. I definitely agree with a statement from another reviewer who said "The plot-thread with the goofy angels (and Gene Hackman as the voice of God) gets tiresome, the special effects are over-used, and the location at the film's climax is clearly a studio backlot, but there are some big laughs", however, since I've seen it so many times, I just fast forward through those parts now. John and Olivia both look really great in this movie, as if either could ever look bad. The music is also really fantastic. I could watch this movie, and have, again and again. If you are a John and/or Olivia fan, you will like this movie.

Even though the script was hokey, here and there, you have to say to yourself after watching this, 'When was the last time these TWO were together?'Although I just can't believe Hollywood could'nt have come up with a better script,BUT at least these two were together again, and I am thankful for THAT.Movie Review: Wow
