I haven't seen this movie in a long time--what if the myth that Lennon and McCartney did meet one day and it would be as if no time had passed at all--two estranged brothers....reconnecting.
The dialogue, mannerisms----it could've happened.
Great touch to see Lorne Michael offer included in movie.
With NOWHERE BOY and BACKBEAT---this concludes the trilogy (albeit conjecture)--still, a must see.

I watched this film, feeling like I was watching the real Paul and John interacting somewhere in time! I saw the television portion concerning Saturday Night Live myself when it actually happened, and wondered myself if the Beatles saw it and would take them up on the silly offer. I thoroughly loved this movie and recommend it to anyone who would like to get a little more insight into John and Paul's deep friendship! Just see it!Movie Review: Wonderful!

The movie started out very intersting and at the end, I wanted it to go on forever! Quinn and Harris portrayed John and Paul so well, I forgot they were just great, under-rated actors! I think that John and Paul had one of the best, most interesting friendships of the century and this movie certianly portryed that! The main reason this film is worth seeing -- Jared Harris' performance as John Lennon. He has perfectly captured all of Lennon's wit, charm, sarcasm, mannerisms, speech patterns and, of course, distinctive Liverpudlian accent.
