Movie Review: The truth about twins

Julius Benedict (Arnold Swarzenegger) a genetically perfect person has been raised on a secluded island and learned about the world through books. Now he finds out the somewhere out there he has a twin. He must seek out his twin that may be in trouble.
Vincent Benedict (Danny Devito) the twin may not be quite as identical as he was the leftovers of the experiment. But brotherly love and a sense of adventure lead them to search out their mother. What will Arnold and Devito learn on the journey?
One of the highlights is the close up shot of Arnold after his first physical experience with the opposite sex.

Julius and Vincent Benedict are the results of an experiment that would allow for the perfect child. Julius was planned and grows to athletic proportions. Vincent is an accident and is somewhat smaller in stature. Vincent is placed in an orphanage while Julius is taken to a south seas island and raised by philosophers. Vincent becomes the ultimate low life and is about to be killed by loan sharks when Julius discovers that he has a brother and begins looking for him. The mismatched duo of Schwarzenegger and DeVito work to perfection in this hilarious comedy. A nice entertaining movie that serves its purpose well.Movie Review: Absolutely Brilliant Comedy. I saw this movie a while ago (maybe 9 years!) for the first time. I now own this movie and it's just a brilliant watch! I never get tired watching two well loved actors acting in a situation that would probably never him to them in real life! There are so damn funny moments in this movie. Check out the 'Sperm Milkshake'! This is a great comedy that seems always fresh to watch and it's got everything you could possibly want in a comedy movie; loads of gags, two great actors and a brilliant storyline. Also check out the greatest guitarist on earth Mr. Jeff Beck in the club when they're dancing! COOL!Movie Review: The New Odd Couple

I remember seeing this movie at the theater - went with a friend who, I knew, had an odd sense of humor, so I was ready for just about anything. I wasn't ready for Louis DePalma meets the Terminator, though! The stop-you-in-your-tracks oddity of big, buff Arnold as the twin of altitudinally challenged, less than buff Danny was just the beginning.
Not a deep movie - certainly no "Brave New World" - but a really fun trip. My two youngest (teenage boys) loved this movie, even though it was recommended by Mom.

This movie is great. How can you not love Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito as Twins. Originally made back in 1988 this movie has stood the test of time. It is one of Arnold's more comedic roles as he plays the innocent foreigner relying on the wisdom of his criminal brother. As they travel on a cross country trip to discover who they are and make a little money they realize what brotherhood is all about. Twins is definitely a great film.
