Movie Review: Excellent workout
Summary: 5 Stars
This physically challenging functional training workout features unique and effective moves designed to strengthen your body for the activities of daily living. For example, there are moves that would strengthen that muscle that you might pull when you reach up to get that item from the top shelf of the closet/cabinet. The cardio/ball routines are skillfully worked in between the dumbbell routines. The abs section, which incorporates the ball unnecessarily/in a bit of a gimmicky manner, is very brief, but the warm up and cool down are excellent. This is the perfect workout to throw your body off kilter just enough to make you appreciate how important it is to incorporate this type of workout into your workout rotation. Firm Believers in particular should definitely give it a try!
