Movie Review: Worth it for the Kane performance alone
Summary: 5 Stars
Who needs drugs when you've got music. I think people really love to focus on this person or that person, production quality blah blah. But to put it simply; One of the most amazing music moments CAPTURED in this video, WITH CROWD SHOTS. I wasn't there, but I can almost put myself there every time, and feel the pure bliss. The Kane (Rain Down on Me) performance was simply breathtaking. Dinand really knew how to capitalize the moment with a blood pumping track, and gave Tiesto a great tribute which was really incredible to see them embrace with the crowd as the foreground just after they blew the roof off of that stadium. I had never even heard that track before, but wow, it sounded brilliant there.
Most important, there are lots of crowd shots at the most important times (during peaks mainly).
Of course, this performance is LOADED with some of the best tracks tiesto has ever spun/created. I really could have done without the global cultural thing... just give me tiesto + music + crowd crowd crowd.
But anyhow, if you like this music, or hell if you want to witness one of the most amazing musical live performance caught on camera and in high quality sound, crowd cheers and all, get this, now.

I got this DVD as soon as it came out and watched it all the way through. Though I don't watch it anymore I do put it on so I can listen to it.The 1st cd is Tiesto spinning. There's very little shown of the crowd and when they do show you it's the same blondes whom I think the cameraman found too be very hot. The light show is SICKKKKKKK!!!!!!! I'm telling you it's tripped out I've never seen anything like it. I wished I could have been there just for that alone. When the leader singer from Kane came out to perform he got the crowd so psyched ..I felt like I was there. The beats, the lights.. it was such a rush. Tiesto even comments about it on his website. He does take breaks inbetween and that's when we travel from country to country. He has lot's of guest stars. I tended to get annoyed when he wasn't on the decks. It's funny to watch when he gets to the States. It's cheerleaders and I forget what else..but I thought we could've been represented better! haha I didn't at all find Tiesto to be self-involved in this dvd at all. If you don't want to stare at his face for the three hours then don't get it just get a cd but you'll be missing out. Point is if your a hardcore tiesto fan get this dvd!!!! I have been waiting for this DVD since the day it was announced, and boy was it worth the wait. Simply put, this is the best thing to ever be incorporated with dance music. Everything about this DVD is just amazing. The track selection is outstanding (everyone comlains that there is too much from Nyana. Belive me, they fit the DVD perfectly). For anyone who has not experienced a live performence from a top DJ, this is the closest you are going to get. The way tiesto works the croud is amazing. The lighting is supurb. The effects are amazing. I really have no complaints about this DVD however, this a part with terrible lip singing, but thats in the beggining and quickly forgotten). If you like trance music, this is what it is all about. I actually watched the thing for the full three hours straight. I could not pull myself away. So if you like this type of music, take the 20 dollar hit and enjoy. Trust me, you will love every minute of it.
Movie Review: dj tiesto rules!!

Being a DJ in Canada and mainly playing hip-hop and house, i always tried to perform in a way that i'd control the crowd and get them to not only dance to the music but feel it too, not many Dj's can do that...Then comes this DVD in the mail that i recieved from a local producer intited "DJ TIESTO IN CONCERT"..i've heard of tiesto and know some of his tracks but never saw him actually performing. All i can say is..WHAT A SHOW!! He had the crowd is his hands, he played all the right music at the right time..started hard, then calmed it down, and then just like a 747 taking off, slowly started playing hard, then harder and the rest was just crazy!
Even though the music isn't really my style..Tiesto just puts you in a different state of mind that no matter where you are, what your doing, or what kind of music you like, you'll just watch and realize how beautiful everything is around you!
Get this DVD...and enjoy the ride! peace!

Bonjour, Je suis un grand fan de Tiesto, j'attendais avec impatience ce DVD, je l'ai visionner et j'ai été très satisfait de sa prestation dans un Dome qui contenait 25,000 personnes, j'ai beaucoup aimé sa sélection et la sélection final pour le format DvD, car ici on nous présente que 3 heures et 24 minutes des 8 heures de prestation de tiesto, cependant j'aurais aimé entendre plus de "tracks" de ces albums comme ( in search of sunrise 1,2,3, sumerbreese ...etc.., et il me semble qu'il y ait eu un mixe raté?? Mais dison que lui aussi peut avoir droit à l'erreur! En Général, je recommande fortement ce DVD aux inconditionels de Tiesto.Roger
