I am not a huge fan of older movies and these older musicals can really be hit and miss for me but this one holds its own over time outside of her wanting to give up a successful career to stay home after getting married. I watched this because I wanted to hear the music. This one was a big surprise to me. It was very funny and it kept moving along at a very good pace, too.Movie Review: 3 Little Words

I love Fred Astaire; to me he was the best dancer during the musical era. This is a movie to relax and enjoy. We all know that MJ also enjoyed Fred's dancing as well and picked up some steps from him. If you want a movie that's not gonna have you on the edge this is it. THIS IS AN EXCELLANT DANCE MUSICAL THAT WAS MADE MANY,MANY YEARS AGO. IT HAS GREAT SONGS LOTS OF HUMOR ANG WONDERFUL DANCING BY NO OTHER THAN FRED ASTAIRE AND VERA ELLEN. IT IS ENJOYABLE FOR ME TO GO BACK IN TIME AND THIS IS A GREAT MOVIE FOR THE OLDER CROWD. ACTUALLY FOR EVERYONE.

FRED ASTAIRE AND RED SKELTON WERE SENSATIONAL. PERFECTLY MATCHED FOR THE ROLES. SONGS WERE CATCHY AND MEMORABLE. STILL POPULAR TODAY.
