Movie Review: On of the best shows ever to be on TV!
Summary: 5 Stars
Back in early 2001, I was talking to a potential client who happened to be a retired NYPD Detective. Naturally once he told me that, I just had to ask him; "What do you think the best 'cop' show on television is, in your opinion?" He replied that the most accurate show, and as a result the best, is "Third Watch". I watched my first episode a week or so later and was forever hooked after that. I took delivery from Amazon the day Season One was released, and within 3 days I finished Season One. I am now eagerly awaiting any news as to the release date of Season Two. I truly love this show. It is a real shame that it took this long to come out on DVD. It clearly demonstrates [to me] just how disconnected the studio exec's are from their fan base.Movie Review: Third Watch - The Complete First Season

It took forever to release this show. I hope it doesn't take years between seasons!
I loved this show and hated that it ended so early. I believe it could have lasted a few more years. I loved the intensity of the characters.

This DVD season 1 set if terrific....and leaves us eagerly waiting for the release of season 2 + . I received it one day after the release date by pre ordering and was impressed with the Amazon experience. Movie Review: Bout Time!!!!

I am so glad the DVD's finally made it to the US. My husband was so happy to get this for Valentine's Day!! "They" should NOT have cancelled this show!! But atleast now we have the DVD's for a fix!!! I am so happy to have this when I am on bedrest!!!
