Movie Reviews of Thin Lizzy: Greatest Hits

Movie Review: Good DVD for Thin Lizzy fans
Summary: 3 Stars

This DVD has all the hits with some live performances mixed in. The quality of the live footage is average but what can you expect from the seventies. All the film clips have clear footage and the sound quality is awesome. I bought this DVD to see John Sykes playing guitar but he's only on one track - Thunder and Lightning (Live). Thin Lizzy have just released a live DVD called Thunder and Lightning which is an entire show of their final tour featuring John Sykes on guitar. I would recommend that DVD for all Thin Lizzy and Sykes fans. The picture and sound quality is average but at least it's an entire show. Here's the track listing for the Greatest Hits DVD: The boys are back in town, Don't believe a word (live), Dancing in the moonlight (live), Rosalie (live), Waiting for an alibi, Do anything that you want, Sarah, Chinatown, Killer on the loose, Thunder and Lightning (live), Bad reputation (live), King's call, The rocker, With love, Dear miss lonely hearts, That woman (live), Johnny the fox, Wild one, Whiskey in the jar.
