Movie Review: WONDERFUL GRIPPING SERIES OF WWII
Summary: 5 Stars
Mesmerizing soap opera style story following the many paths of the Henry Family leading up to America's involvement in WWII.
Huge cast of known names, especially if you know some of the older names who were big a couple of decades back. We go from America to Germany to Hitler's strategies, and, of course, the beginning of the Holocaust.

Excellent script, a great cast selection with excellent acting, well directed. Both a good novel and a good review of history (even while tainted by fiction). Pure joy with nostalgia for one who lived through those times. With a reminder that human beings are poor learners - the sufferings and mistakes of that era are being repeated today.Movie Review: Great first half of the series

Just got through watching the Winds of War Mini-series all I can say is wow!!! Great story lines to go hand and hand with that time frame in history and the music used in the series is great got to save up money and time to get the second part of the series War and Remembrance if the first part is great I wonder how the second half is.Movie Review: I Loved It

Unbelievebly great movie. One of the best movie I have ever seen. Done with great actors. It is well done and leave aside the bloody scenes of the war which we do not need to see and appreciate not seeing. The movie has been very appreciated by the family because of the excellent performance of the actors and the very good script.
