Movie Reviews of The Wild ChildMovie Review: Nesmluvena Setkani Summary: 5 Stars
I saw the Wilde Child after seeing the modern science fiction vesion of this film called Nesmluvena Setkani on Chech television back in the late 1980's if I recall properly.I enjoyed Nesmluvena Setkani so much as a young person I was advised to see the Wild Child. Both films are extremely entertaining and well done but but for reason unknown,Amazon does not have Nesmluvena Setkani for sale here so you have to go to Azov Films to get it directly. If you like the movie The Wild Child make sure you read the book which is even more interesting and be sure to check out the far fure science fiction version of the same story called Nesmluvena Setkani after seeing this film.
Movie Review: The first signals ! Summary: 5 Stars
This is an absolutely and concise essay on teaching and eventually giving of love .
A baby is abandoned in the woods of France and discovered in 1797 , by a local farmer. It does not do either film justice to suggest this a agallic version of the Miracle worker due both films ride in diferent directions .
Truffaut himself plays the role of a Dr who undertook the challenging task of training the brutish child .
Based on a Itard 's journal , this film is one of the most ambitious in the formidable career of this French filmmaker.
Movie Review: Good show and good music. Summary: 5 Stars
I saw this movie years ago and immediately found it to be a movie worth watching; the story line is authentic in its historical facts and Vivaldi's music brings out the beauty of compassion when made reality among the least fortunate. I have seen it several times since.
Movie Review: lait et eau Summary: 5 Stars
Done in a low-key docu/feature style by a man with child's soul. The untamed warmness of Victor perfectly counterbalance the civilized coldness of Itard. Truffaut does not try to justify anything. One of his best.
Movie Review: Old, undiscovered, really good movie Summary: 5 Stars
This is an old movie black & white but great all the same. The boy who plays the part was perfect, as if he was made for the role.
