Movie Review: One of the best movies ever made

This romantic comedy is one of the best movies I have ever seen in my life. After watching this movie I wanted to see any movie that had Adam Sandler or Drew Barrymore in it! It is a sweet romantic comedy set in the mid 80s with beautiful music throughout the movie. You can't help but to fell in love with the characters. Drew is very lovely in this movie and she is just the cute innocent girl that makes you want to fall in love with her. The DVD is pretty cool and the menus are great. This film really takes you back to the 80's. Adam Sandler shines as Robbie, a wedding singer down on his luck and Drew Barrymore is perfect as the girl with the jerk boyfriend planning a wedding. It is destined that the two of them fall in love because the chemistry is there. The supporting cast helps make this film what it is also. The soundtrack is awesome and this is truly a first class love story that will take you back in time. This film truly recreates the 80s with the fashion, the music, the set design, just a real accurate portrayel of that point in time.Movie Review: Great Adam Sandler movie!

I really like Adam Sandler's movies. This one is definately one of the better ones. It is about a wedding-singer, Robby Hart (Sandler). His wife just stood him up at the altar, and he later falls in love with the waitress from his wedding, Julia (Drew Barrymore). However, Julia is engaged to a jerk, Glen, and Robby knows that Glen has been seeing other women behind Julia's back but he can't tell her. This is a great movie, and any Sandler fan will like it. I really enjoyed this film. I think it's one of the most beautiful stories I've ever come accross in a screen. Sandler's performance is great, he is a solid comedy actor, but also a reliable drama performer. Drew Barrymore is as beautiful as usual (even more). This woman's smile can improve the quality of any romantic film by itself. Supporting actors are also great. In conclusion, if you want to have a very good time, and you like comedy and / or love stories, this is a movie I strongly recommend.Movie Review: SANDLER AND BARRYMORE HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE LIKABLE!

After Billy Madison & Happy Gilmore it was nice to see Adam Sandler play a character who was likable. Robbie Heart is a rock cover band singer turned wedding singer and longs to be married and have a family of his own. The film is set in the 80's with hilarious results! The music and hairdos alone are enough to make this film watchable, but the it's the chemistry between the two stars that make this a extremely good romantic comedy! One of Sandlers best if not the best. The DVD transfer is very good.
