Movie Reviews of The Wedding SingerMovie Review: Must have movie for romantic comedy lovers! Summary: 5 Stars
Since the other reviewers have already done a terrific job of explaining what the movie is about, I won't go into that, instead I will give you my opinion about how good the movie is. I think it's a great movie. It's my favorite. I know not everyone will like it as much as I do, but here's who will enjoy it: Anyone who likes 80s music (there's alot in the movie), anyone who likes drew barrymore/adam sandler, someone who can remember the time around 1984 and people who enjoy romantic comedies. I thought it was very funny and sweet-but not too sweet, my husband enjoyed it-mostly because of Adam Sandler. All the actors were great, very enjoyable.
Movie Review: " Brilliant. The Ultimate 80's Experience." Summary: 5 Stars
Well, This is the type of film words do no justice for. You must see it to believe it. If your an Eighties lover this film does not miss a beat. Its contains the classic love story done the Adam Sandler way. Adam is brilliant in portraying the dweeby, Mr perfect, and kind hearted nice guy. Drew, well she's just the best. He's a Wedding Singer, she's a Waitress both, working at the same reception hall. Their love blossoms in a way we all dream about. With a great Script, the Soundtrack from hell and Fashion to Die for, you have the making of the best light hearted picture there is. This film is A MUST: ( The Soundtrack Too)
Movie Review: Sandler does it again Summary: 5 Stars
Well, I have to admit it. When this movie first came out I wasn't too excited about it. I said to myself, naaaah, he can't do it again. But I was wrong, again.....you see all three movies from him (Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, and Wedding Singer) I've said the same thing about before seeing it "eeeehhh, It'll probably be terrible". Well, I'm happy to say that Adam Sandler has again surprised me with another first rate performance, his movies keep getting better and better. I am eagerly awaiting the DVD for this movie to be released, as I will be one of the first people to get it! END
Movie Review: take an enjoyable trip back to the 80's Summary: 5 Stars
Adam Sandler does it again by singing his way into our hearts in this histerical comedy, The Wedding Singer. Robbie Hart (Adam Sandler) plays a wedding singer who gets dumped at the altar by his finacee and has a tough time until he meets Julia (Drew Barrymore) a waitress who works with him. The problem is that Julia is engaged to a real creap who is cheating on her! Will Robbie and Julia end up together? I don't know but you'll have an enjoyable time watching them together with thousands of 80's cliches a great soundtrack and a singing Grandma! Plus, the DVD version includes karokee! END
Movie Review: Barrymore and Sandler, the next Hollywood couple? Summary: 5 Stars
First there was Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire, and now it's Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler. Sandler moves away from his baby talking idiosynchratic roles and takes a step back to the 80's. Drew Barrymore delivers a stunning, and wonderfully endearing performance as the object of Sandlers affections. Filled with great songs of the 80's, light-hearted romantic situations, and hilarious one liners, this film is a must see for all Sandler or Barrymore fans, and for anyone looking for a light hearted romantic comedy. A masterpiece theatrical performance for the girls as well as the guys.
