Movie Review: Great collection of old school animation!
Summary: 5 Stars
This set is great (especially when you consider the price)! Two double-sided discs full of great old school animation, plus a bonus audio disc of 51 Kid's Favorite Sing-A-Long Songs (when I put the audio disc in my computer, it says it's disc 2 of 100 Kid's Favorites). These discs contain lots of Betty Boop, The 3 Stooges, Raggedy Ann and more. There are even some old Ray Harryhausen produced stop-motion animation (I guess that's what it's called) shorts based on old fairy tales! Not all of the films are the best quality, but what do you expect when you watch an old show anyway. Some of these are hard to find gems, while most are on many other low priced cartoon DVD's. All in all, this is a great collection that keeps my kids and me entertained for hours and has received many, many viewings. (The CD does not get much play.)
