What a great documentary! I wished I would've seen it in the theater, but the dvd is certainly well worth it!! Great history, a must see for anyone who would like to know the truth about the Nixon presidency. You truly do not understand what a ruthless, selfish and narcisstic man Richard Nixon was until you see this dvd. The news in the 60's and 70's did not accurately report or understand to what lengths Richard Nixon would go to protect whatever popularity he thought he had. John Lennon, promoting peace and a pull out from Vietnam, stood in Nixon's way. The film uses actual clips from tv news and talk shows and interviews with Yoko Ono and others. It really ties in to what is going on today. This is a must see! Let's all give peace a chance.Movie Review: SIX STAR MOVIE and MORE!

This movie was superb and beyond! Although there was a great deal of material from previous 'Lennon" documentaries...This was very well presented and so well put together. It's the truth, the whole truth and nothing but!!
As Lennon says: (said) "Just Gimme Some Trurh!"
The best part of the movie for me was John winning his deportation battle! One up for an awesome man, artist, musician, political activist and a living legacy!
BUY THIS, YOU'll LOVE IT!!

Movie Review: Great movie
Summary: 4 Stars
hard to believe how carefully the government was watching Lennon. I have always been a Beatles fan so this was very interesting to watch. I just have to wonder why Julian was never mentioned in the film. This was ovious just a film about John and Yoko. Julian did deserve a least a mention in the film. He was after all John's first child even if this wasn't with Yoko.
