A movie that will challenge your perception of what you think is your reality. Is anything real or are you just a holographic program...as hinted in "The Matrix" trilogy. I found this movie on video several years ago, and in watching it again, decided the DVD was a must. Definitely a movie for my library. I am very selective about what I buy. I ENJOYED THE MOVIE VERY MUCH. THE REVIEWS I READ ON THE MOVIE WERE MIXED. I THINK THE SUBJECT MATTER WAS CLOSE TO THAT OF THE MATRIX BUT NOT AS COMPLEX. IT'S NOT A SPECIAL EFFECTS EXTRAVAGANZA, BUT IT IS INTELLIGENT SCIENCE-FICTION WITH JUST ENOUGH SPECIAL EFFECTS TO MAKE THE MOVIE WORK PROPERLY. AND SOME OF THE CONCEPTS THE MOVIE PRESENTS MAKES YOU THINK ABOUT THE POSSIBILITIES. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A MOVIE JUST TO SIT AND ESCAPE INTO FANTASY LAND FOR AWHILE, THEN I RECOMMEND IT.Movie Review: the plot twists will make you smile- GOOD SHOW

I just watched the dvd and I REALLY liked this movie ! Dont worry that you have never really seen any of these actors before- the story makes it worth while! I really smiled at the end of this movie! A great sci fi flick! I would say it is in the matrix genre for sure. But it isnt a rip off at all! It is really a good story that I must say has me thinking. I just had to put this review up as soon as i could! You will like this movie! go rent it!Movie Review: Pretty Awesome!

I got to say i love these type of movies. The mystery is definitly great! I think the story is a definite original compared to some movies that just get remade. Acting was good, there is only one love scene and that is not much. So for a show that just goes on its merits vice trying to sell T & A, its great! So if you want a neat little spin that keeps it well with in the realm of the original the Thirteenth Floor is for you :)Movie Review: AWESOME!!!

this movie is one of the best i've seen in years... if you're tired of the typical hollywood action films and prefer pure psychological suspense and highly surprising endings, then u gotta see it! the special effects are pretty cool also, and for those who think the characters' actions or the plot itself makes no sense, this is mainly SCI-FI ok? nobody said it could happen in real life! i highly recommend it =)
