Movie Review: Don't have a cow man.

It's just an extended episode. There have been a lot better & some worse. You went to see it at the movies? Ha-ha. If you purchased it, as a gift/stocking stuffer, great. An easy & probably much appreciated gift. They didn't diviate from the formula. How could they? Everybody loves Homer & Bart. If you don't you're probably not reading this. It's the Simpsons, and as such, it's pretty much the funniest and best cartoon ever made. Just like the TV show, it's beginning-to-end laugh out loud. It's nearly impossible to follow and recite every single funny moment, but there are hundreds of cultural references that made me snicker or laugh.
Every great part of the TV show is there, only amplified in every way. Every character is represented, every angle explored, and it never gets old.
The most impressive part to me, as a huge Simpsons fan, is the animation. It's easy to tell that the people behind the Simpsons decided to go to the next level. Every detail is accentuated, and it's clear that there is a much more polished feel to everything. The colors are more vivid, the action more flawless, and there is more of a Pixar feel to it than a weekend Simpsons appearance.
It's almost pointless to go into the storyline, even though it's superb. Just know that the entire movie is great, and it's much more than the Spider Pig line seen in the previews. If you don't laugh at least 20 times during this movie, you either don't have a sense of humor or you are a Simpson hater.
