Movie Review: Engrossing
Summary: 5 Stars
Watching "The September Issue" is a joy, as it would be to watch any master craftspeople at work. Anna Wintour and Grace Coddington and quite simply just very, very good a the job that they do. Funny too...we hear Grace in one scene saying how she likes the soft look of the shoot she has just done. In the next scene we see Anna asking her minions to print the same pictures out again as they are kind of "misty" and to try and sharpen them up. Fascinating to watch Anna Wintour narrow her eyes when she hears a direction for a planned shoot that she doesn't like. Simplistically, Anna is "head" to Grace's "heart" but the full relationship is quite complicated. Anna doesn't hide her censure but when she does finally say that something is acceptable to her you can see that it means a lot (even to Grace).Movie Review: SEPTEMBER ISSUE

Having worked with both Anna and Grace in the UK as a model of the 60's, both women were determined and dedicated individuals.
My druthers ~ Grace, both of us are X Mary Quant Models, Grace prior to myself, she worked her way from an amazing model with that FABULOUS red mane to where she is today. Precise and the MOST amazing Creative Director of all times! I rank Grace up with Diana Vreeland with making VOGUE what it is today.
Anna, so well preceived by Merle Streep in the "DEVIL WEARS PRADA"
Another great in my "Fashion Library of Film" and a ++++++ for ALL

Movie Review: Aboslutely Fabulous Anna

I was really looking forward to this movie coming out, and I was not dissapointed. I have been a fan of Vogue since I was 15 years old, so this look into the behind the scenes at Vogue was amazing. But my favorite part was the portrayal of Anna Wintour, the real mastermind behind the out of this world success of Vogue magazine.
