Movie Review: Great Fun for any Pimpernel Fan

These old shows with Marius Goring are beyond charming. Any fan of the Pimpernel books, musical, or movies will adore them. Sadly, the sound and picture is not in the best shape, and the shows are black and white. But the stories and the acting are so good that you can overlook the poor sound and picture quality.
These shows focus on the adventures and daring exploits of the League. Marguerite is not present in these stories, but it does not diminish their value. There is plenty of wit, intrigue, fighting, disguises, cravats, and Chauvelin is called "Shove along" by Percy! What more could a Pimpernel fan want?
