Movie Review: Great movie about college life

The Rules Of Attraction is based off the book of same name which is by Bret Easton Elis (Also Wrote American Pyscho).
I personally love how college life is portrayed here and how sometimes life gives us some letdowns and moments we will never forget. James Van Der Beek (TV's Dawsons Creek) shines in this movie and so does Ian Somerhalder (TV's Lost & The Vampire Diaries).

This movie ignores nearly every mainstream taboo, and despite of, or maybe because of this, it is a truly orginal film. This was a very strange movie...I love the backwards and two-sided thing but the way the film ended was just awful...no one got what they wanted I suppose that's how life is but at least I got see my Love Ian Somerhalder in a superfunny roll...I did like the move though just not the ened :) I would love a part 2 but of course that isn't going to happen :(Movie Review: college wasteland film

i didn't see this in the theater when most of my friend did. Most of them didn't care for it too much. When i saw it on DVD I loved it. It's shocking(but so are a lot of movies), funny, and, shows how attraction to others can force us to do many things. This movie has great replay value. Be warned this movie has a scene of a disturbing rape.Movie Review: even better than the book

this movie was awesome it did a great job of showing the characters emotion and expressing what college life (even if it is a pretty wild version) is really like. This movie does a great job of showing the same event through other people's point of view finally a movie that understands that life has more than one point of view
