Movie Review: Disappointed
Summary: 2 Stars
I guess I was at fault somewhat for not reading the entire page properly, but the advertisement is a bit misleading in that its a Platinum Pack which are generally a high quality product of all the seasons: this product is 1/2 the entire seasons. Also, Platinum products generally have additional footage, behind the scenes looks etc, as this product advertised "Special Feature Edition". This is in fact another DVD which contains 3 x John Wayne's movies. In hindsight I would have been better off buying the entire collection from an other site link on the same page.
Additionally the discs and the episodes are not in chronological/airing order. Subsequently Mark is 12 years of one episode and 14 the next, it's off putting. Moreover, any story line arcs become disjointed because the episodes are not sequential - this is unprofessional.
Overall the product is high quality, just disappointed that I have 1/2 the available seasons. Unfortunately they don't have part #2 edition which has the other 1/2.
Not recommended to buy.
Movie Review: Rifleman
Summary: 5 Stars
A good western of yesteryear with a core of honesty, community and family honor. When we watched this, I had forgot how many "bad guys" get killed. Every story there is a bunch of shootings, but with this it is generally all the "bad" guys that get it. Still, be careful with younger eyes watching.
