Movie Review: A really cool flick
Summary: 5 Stars
The movie was just cool. I don't read the comics but the movie is clearly stand-alone. The character had real development the action was great but not over done. I liked the way the bad guys were actually able to shoot. Something that is pretty uncommon in the action movies. The bag guys were eccentric but not overboard. The assassin that sang Frank that song before trying to kill him. That was just cool! I really didn't think I would like this movie after seeing the preview and remembering the one from 89. I was so wrong. This movie just rocks and so does the sound track. The tracks were well picked and placed in the film.
Bottom-line a fantastic action movie with a solid story. Well worth buying
Movie Review: Awesome punishment flick

Growing up I never really got into the Punisher comic book. I was a Spiderman fan, and every once in a while got into Superman and a few others. Having not really read the Punisher, I loved this movie. It has a certain grit that was lacking from other comic books. Thomas Jane doesn't an excellent job as the title character, as well as having a menacing presence. One of my only problems with this film was John Travolta. I prefer him in roles as a soft spoken badass, in movies like this when he gets agitated, his voice starts getting high pitched and he starts getting annoying. Other than that the whole movie was a great, and I would highly recommend it as one of the better comic book movies of the past 5 years.Movie Review: Really a great movie

i saw this, not expecting anything.
then it turns out to be one of the good movies i saw.
this is not some save-the-world from bad guys or some marvel comic movie.
this is really deep about vengence for the loss of your loved ones and super fine action.
The actor in it is really cool. Travolta is also awesome.

Well this movie is now among one of the most top selling DVD's of the year....and this has saved the sequel baby. Lions Gates films has announced there budjeting the sequel, and it will star tom jane again as Frank. And those who are familiar with the comic, Jigsaw is said to be in it played my the great Michael Keaton, writing is going on as we speak...tom jane is really devoted to the puynsiher now hes planning on even writing his own little mini series on the punisher. If ur a hardcore fan of the film, and the comics please visit my good friend aarons message board to discuss everything PUNISHER!!!!

Movie Review: Absolutely Amazing
Summary: 5 Stars
Wow, this movie was phenomenal. I have watched it several times and still enjoy it. The casting could not have been better to stay true to the comic book that many of us know and love. I'm a big fan of all of the movies based on the marvel comic books of my past, and this one is the best by far. The special effects and action shots are great and the way they incorporate the life of Frank Castle (the punisher) and his past as well as how the symbol came to be is very well done. Even if you have been turned of to the superhero themed movies, you must give this one a chance. I promise you won't be disappointed.
