Movie Review: Hail to Eric Roberts
Summary: 5 Stars
So this movie wasn't put together in the best way. True, there was a poor choice of actors excluding Christopher Walken of course. But if you were expecting to see a blockbuster hit in a straight to video sequel to "The Prophecy" then you should have stayed in bed or whatever. But if you were expecting to laugh your a** off during almost every hastily made scene, listen to crummy cue-card dialogue, or maybe just to witness how creepy Christopher Walken can look and sound then "The Prophecy 2" is the film for you. I'm sure it was a seemingly good idea to make this film however, the end product proved false if the desired effect was to make the best movie of all time. It is worth mentioning that Glenn Danzig made a special guest appearance as a rogue angel for a mere 30 seconds which became disappointing because I didn't hear one of his songs during the entire film, so I guess that's my one and only complaint. But what's worth mentioning even more is that towards the end of this film Eric Roberts shows up! I never EVER suspected that Eric Roberts would be in this movie which added the much needed suspense to this film. I was rolling with laughter, at Eric Roberts. Thank you Eric Roberts.
