Movie Review: The Prince of Egypt is an amazing and dramatic story
Summary: 5 Stars
The Prince of Egypt - by itself, without the DVD - is still incredible. The special effects and music are breathtaking, the characters have depth, and the story's integrity and feel really do match with the bible, even if some details are changed. Then, add the DVD to it - the best one I own right nest to "The Matrix" - and its rating goes off the charts. It has director commentary, The Making of, trailers, sketch "album," how the special effects were done, and a heck of a lot more. My favorite is the "When You Believe" multi-language track. It's very obvious that the filmmakers did everything possible to make this movie good in EVERY country. Buy this DVD! It will blow you away.Movie Review: ENCOUNTER at the BURNING BUSH

The burning bush swelled with life, as its blinding yet comforting light filled my eyes. And as it enveloped Moses and lifted him up off the ground, I could almost feel the flames of the burning bush coming upon me as well... To me, the flames represented the Spirit of God. The same Spirit that resided within the Christians who died saying "Yes" to the question, "Do You Believe In God! " at Columbine High School. The Prince of Egypt captured the essence of that experience of meeting the Holy Spirit and living a life completely changed afterward, so well. If only people would say "Yes" to Jesus... they could experience the "encounter at the burning bush"...Movie Review: Simply Fantastic!!!

I love this movie. The story is very touching and there are many scenes which are creative and make you excited at. In particular, the music from the beginnig with "Deliver Us" to the credit is so beautiful. Hans Zimmer is a genius. The cello based background music which comes when Moses is grieving after the death of Paraoh's first-born son, is Da Bomb. One thing I'm sorry for is that there's no Korean singing part in the Multi-language clip of the song "When You Believe" while two parts for Italian were included. Why?? I just could see a still scene of a movie poster titled in Korean.
Anyway, this is definitly worth getting and you will learn something from the movie.
Movie Review: The most awe inspiring interpretation ever!

I was moved so many times during the course of this film as both a 3-D animator and a Christian. While the story may have been 1000's of years before the time of Christ, Christians and Jews both understand that Moses was in fact a "type" of Christ, and pointed to the savior yet to come through his ministry. Christians understand that God's Spirit transcends the boundaries of time and has salvation available for peoples throughout all history who believe in his provisions. This movie does a great job of displaying these truths which absolutely DOES make it Christian and the most accurate biblical account ever told via Hollywood animation. Please buy this movie.Movie Review: good

i think this movie was beautifully done, the animation was excellent, the voices were good, and the storyline-if not totally accurate, was good too. and too all the people who complain that disney could have done a better job, get real, disney couldnt have come close, they would have taken away from it by adding some bumbling fool for comic relief, and twisted the storyline further, or made it too cheesy. as for the innapropriatness, there wasnt much, other films-including disney (remember the hunchback of notre dame and frollo's little song about esmerelda?) have things much worse. the film wasnt intended just for kids, it was also for adults.
