Movie Review: An old favorite

A sweet story with wonderful music. I'm so happy it is available again and, even better, on DVD. To answer Josh, the movie is "The Mouse and His Child" which is from a book by Russell Hoban. Check out the info on the internet movie data base. Hopefully it will be released on DVD one of these days. Good luck.

I remember The Point from when I was a child. When I had children of my own I wanted to indroduce this lovely story of Oblio & his dog, Arrow to my girls. The music is catchy for toddlers & has a wonderful message of acceptance. Of course my husband & I love it as well & can watch it as many times as our girls do.Movie Review: I've been looking for this on DVD for years!

Used to have a VHS of this. Two of my son's grew up watching this movie. It is a sweet movie about conformism, and the songs are wonderful. I am so happy to see this on DVD. I don't really care if it's not like the current animation technology; the story and music outweigh anything lacking in that.Movie Review: "This is the Point"

A wonderful adult animation that kids will love too... A reminder that being unique is a gift... Music if great... Nilsson is at his best here... You will be humming "Me and My Arrow" throughout the day... I never get tired of sharing this with the youngsters in my life....

I ordered this movies because it's one that I watched as a child. To this day, the music brings me joy. This movie is excellent for everyone-children and adults. It has a powerful message that teches us that physical conformity is not what makes us important...we are all the same inside.
