Movie Review: Fabulous prenatal workout

I love this video! I have used it 3 to 4 times per week since finding out that I was pregnant and have not gotten sick of it! The exercises are challenging, but not too difficult, even now in my 8th month of pregnancy. I feel that I have been able to maintain good weight gain from doing this video regularly. I highly recommend this program.
