Movie Review: Fantastic workout
Summary: 5 Stars
I LOVE this workout. I am an advanced level athlete (I was a D-I college athlete and still maintain a high fitness level) and I find this video challenging enough to compliment a daily run (or your choice of cardio activity). I bought several other videos and found them all to be completely wimpy, but at the conclusion of this one I feel like I moderately toned and strengthened my body. I would definitely reccomend this DVD!
