Movie Review: An Arch Hall Jr. fan makes a confession

That's right, yours truly is a devoted Arch Hall Jr. fan. And this is the absolute worst movie he was ever in. And that is saying a lot. Extra emphasis on that last sentence. Now, this isn't going to be a long review. This isn't going to be a good review. I'm not even going to say lights, action, camera. I'm certainly not going to pop the movie back in for a refresher. No, what I am going to do is try to express using PG language what a horribe film this is. And please remember this is coming from somebody that looooooves B movies! This is coming from a self-proclaimed Arch Hall Jr. fan! I imagine if someone that had never watched b movies before was to sit down and watch only a few minutes of this would DIE!I was VERY impressed to learn that a writer of the Rocky and Bulwinkle show co-wrote this. You can even see how the whole Boris and Natasha, russian spy thing could have originated with this movie! In that case this dung-pile of film may have served a purpose after all.
Now it may even be unfair to call this an Arch Hall Jr movie as he is hardly even in it. This is the huge let down. Worst of all though, this movie tries way too hard to be funny. Imagine if your calculus teacher was told to write a comedy. It would be a lot like this. Archie's dad must have wrote most of this because it is just completely void of humor. You know the guy from the Dr. Scholls commercials that says, "I'm jelling..." in a wimpy voice? It's like HE wrote this. There's a midget trying to ride a horse in fast motion at one point if that gives you any clue to the style of humor used in this movie. It's like someone took all the worst jokes from every Munsters episode and threw them in a movie. Except spy jokes instead of monsters.
One can't begin to describe just how low budget this movie is. From the hand painted bunny signs that open this movie you KNOW that your local theatre troupe could make a better film then this. If just ONE thing about this movie worked it wouldn't be a total failure. Like, if it still looked like garbage but was funny, or had a good plot. Or maybe if it was absolutely horrible but had a pretty girl in scanty clothes. If ANYTHING was even the slightest bit right, but no it's completely unsalvageable.
So remember this is coming from someone that calls himself an Arch Hall Jr. fan. If he was even a character in the movie instead of an extra that becomes a Deus Ex Machina then maybe I could still at least like it a little.
If you watch this movie it will just make you depressed, maybe even suicidal. Extra-specially if you are an Arch Hall Jr. fan.
